This is an argumentative counterclaim paper using *business-related and *political examples
Introduction:
– introduces the topic
– provides a clear thesis in favor of brexit
– should be half to 3/4 of a page long
– should have an “introduction” heading
First body paragraph:
– History of Brexit and how it came to be
– should be 1/2 to 3/4 of a page long
– should have “History of Brexit” heading
Remaining body paragraphs:
– there should be 3-4 arguments in favor of brexit
– each argument should have a subheading and should consist of sources and then an explanation in your own words of how brexit is a positive thing for europe/britain/the rest of the world
– each argument can be business or political related
– this is the bulk of the paper and should be 8-9 pages long
– should have a “Advantages of Brexit” heading and each argument for should have a subheading related to that argument
conclusion:
– restate the thesis
– concluding statements
– no more than half a page long
– should have a “Conclusion” heading
* sources should be peer-reviewed and scholarly articles except for the history of brexit page
there is no need for a title page, table of contents, or executive summary.
