Two clients, Client A and Client B took the short form of the IPIP-NEO, a personality questionnaire that assesses people on the Big Five model Extraversion, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, Neuroticism and Openness.

CLIENT A RESULTS (0-100 RATING SCALE)
EXTRAVERSION: Client A scored 31 for Extraversion (Friendliness 39; Gregariousness 67; Assertiveness 83; Activity Level 1; Excitement-Seeking 3; Cheerfulness 71). Client A score on Extraversion is low, indicating client A is introverted, reserved, and quiet. Client A enjoys solitude and solitary activities. Client A socializing tends to be restricted to a few close friends.
AGREEABLENESS: Client A scored 37 for Agreeableness (Trust 21; Morality 3; Altruism 79; Cooperation 54; Modesty 40; Sympathy 79). Client A level of Agreeableness is average, indicating some concern with others’ Needs, but, generally, unwillingness to sacrifice self for others.
CONSCIENTIOUSNESS: Client A scored 77 for Conscientiousness (Self-Efficacy 34; Orderliness 96; Dutifulness 31; Achievement-Striving 71; Self-Discipline 33; Cautiousness 93). Client A score on Conscientiousness is high. This means Client A sets clear goals and pursue them with determination. People regard Client A as reliable and hard-working.
NEUROTICISM: Client A scored 32 for Neuroticism (Anxiety 39; Anger 43; Depression 26; Self-Consciousness 38; Immoderation 42; Vulnerability 33). Client A score on Neuroticism is low, indicating that Client A is exceptionally calm, composed and unflappable. Client A does not react with intense emotions, even to situations that most people would describe as stressful.
OPENNESS: Client A scored 7 for Openness (Imagination 83; Artistic Interests 5; Emotionality 31; Adventurousness 7, Intellect 5; Liberalism 12). Client A score on Openness to Experience is low, indicating Client A likes to think in plain and simple terms. Others describe Client A as down-to-earth, practical, and conservative.
CLIENT B RESULTS (0-100 RATING SCALE)
EXTRAVERSION : Client B scored 24 for Extraversion (Friendliness 1; Gregariousness 1; Assertiveness 82; Activity Level 49; Excitement-Seeking 19; Cheerfulness 80). Client B score on Extraversion is low, indicating Client B is introverted, reserved, and quiet. Client B enjoy solitude and solitary activities. Client B socializing tends to be restricted to a few close friends.
AGREEABLENESS : Client B scored 68 for Agreeableness (Trust 71; Morality 63; Altruism 49; Cooperation 83; Modesty 35; Sympathy 65). Client B high level of Agreeableness indicates a strong interest in others’ needs and well-being. Clients B is pleasant, sympathetic, and cooperative.
CONSCIENTIOUSNESS: Client B scored 88 for Conscientiousness (Self-Efficacy 73; Orderliness 92; Dutifulness 45; Achievement-Striving 83; Self-Discipline 46; Cautiousness 93). Client B score on Conscientiousness is high. This means Client B sets clear goals and pursue them with determination. People regard Client B as reliable and hard-working.
NEUROTICISM: Client B scored 14 for Neuroticism (Anxiety 30; Anger 16; Depression 5; Self-Consciousness 58; Immoderation 1; Vulnerability 59). Client B score on Neuroticism is low, indicating that you are exceptionally calm, composed and unflappable. Client B does not react with intense emotions, even to situations that most people would describe as stressful.
OPENNESS: Client B scored 60 for Openness (Imagination 55; Artistic Interests 81; Emotionality 19; Adventurousness 44, Intellect 70; Liberalism 60). Client score on Openness to Experience is average, indicating Client B enjoy tradition but are willing to try new things. Client B thinking is neither simple nor complex. To others Client B appear to be a well-educated person but not an intellectual.
