After reviewing the video, write a two-page essay comparing and contrasting the concepts of probable cause vs. reasonable suspicion as each relates to police officers. Your essay should include the legal definition of each concept, how police officers use each in the execution of their daily duties, and the historical events, specifically case laws that established each concept.
