How would you associate a company’s culture with the proposed mission statement? How does strategy fit into this relationship? Please explain.
The new mission statement should be: The University aims to deliver high-quality education and training and embody the aspiration of intellect people and the global community through creating, preserving, integrating, transmitting, and utilizing knowledge.
The proposed statement will be more effective as it provides guidance to the university on the programs they should create, such as research programs to ensure that students will get the best knowledge. In addition, the mission opens opportunities to all students at the national and global levels, an indication that it can meet the knowledge quality for people from different backgrounds.
