For the Preliminary Analysis (worth up to 200 points) look at the data and report the main, key findings. You are writing for a stranger who does not know you, so you have to be clear and direct. The most important part of the survey is Q3, interest in the new service. Everything else is of less importance.
A hypothetical client or reader needs to know two things: how many people are interested in the new service (combine 5 and 4 for Q3), and how do the conditions vary ($100 condition, $200 condition, $300 condition). Report percents and explain how many observations you have. Interpret your results.
