In your own words, briefly define S.M.A.R.T goals. Define Each component as well.
Identify at least two goals you need to achieve in the next year. How will you achieve them? This could be personal or professional or both. For example, you may need to learn more advanced Excel skills for a future job or you may want to learn how to grow a mini garden on your apartment’s small porch area.
Identify obstacles that keep you from achieving your chosen two goals. How will you remove those obstacles or overcome them to achieve the goal? Never give up.
If any of you have advice for other students after reading their goals, please share your knowledge, or other information that might help them. Feel free to participate here to help one another.
