Goal Journals will be a place to explore ideas about class readings without worr

Goal
Journals will be a place to explore ideas about class readings without worrying too much about being evaluated. By completing journals consciously, you will deepen your critical reading skills. And, of course, the journal provides additional writing practice.
Instructions
Each entry will be 2 pages (double-spaced) of thoughtful writing. Feel free to write in the first person. Reading journals might include: a general reaction to a reading, questions about this week’s reading, revisions to a previous reading journal, focus on a single passage, comparisons between readings, connections with beliefs or experiences, and/or evaluation of a reading.
You’ll note some overlap with the discussion board post for this week, and that’s okay. You’re welcome to expand what you began sharing the discussion boards with more detail here.
