BACKGROUND: Imagine you have each been promoted as part of a new management team for a long-term care facility. During the past two months, you have noticed an increase in conflicts between your co-workers and other departments, such as pharmacy or dietary. Your boss sees this as an issue and has asked your management team to find a solution.
Create a 10- to 12-slide Microsoft® PowerPoint® presentation with detailed speaker notes including intext citations that answer the following questions:
How does a leader’s leadership style influence the work group?
Include a Title slide with all students’ names listed, Introduction slide, Content slides with detailed speaker notes, Conclusion slide, and a Reference slide.
Slide content: Each team member must contribute slides for their contribution based on the required elements listed above. The slides must be bulleted points ONLY.
Speaker notes content: Each slide must have detailed speaker notes to explain each of the bulleted points listed on the slide. The speaker notes are written in paragraph format and must include the APA citations for the references used.
Each slide’s speaker notes must contain the student’s name to identify who created that slide.
APA FORMATTING: You must cite your sources in APA format within the text of the speaker notes. Then list the references on a reference slide in APA format. Each group member must use at least 1 peer-reviewed scholarly source or similar references to support their portion of the assignment. Intext citations within the speaker notes are required along with the correlating reference on the reference slide.
