Based on previous assignments and your reading, write a case study using the EBP Model Case Study Worksheet to illustrate the processes and outcomes of an evidence-based practice approach. This case study can be based on experiences with an actual client, a composite of multiple clients, or one of the cases described in textbooks or other sources.
The worksheet outlines the following areas to complete. Please note that three items below (3, 6, and 8) use the term justification. This should be interpreted to mean that scientific studies should be provided that show your selected approach was warranted given the client’s problems.
